		Jean Radtke President/CEO, Phoenix Marketing Group, Inc. Jean has 25 years of experience in agency and client management at Phoenix Marketing Group.  As President of Phoenix, Jean provides marketing strategy and planning expertise for clients, primarily in the building/energy, healthcare, financial services, mining and consumer packaged goods industries. Since Phoenix’ inception in 1979, Jean and partner/brother, Charlie, have had a singular goal: to help clients truly “rise above” their competition through unique approaches to creative, advertising, marketing and public relations.  The team has a proven track record of effectively developing and launching brands, products and services. jradtke@phoenixmgi.com
		Charlie Radtke Creative Director/Vice President, Phoenix Marketing Group, Inc. Charlie co-founded Phoenix Advertising with Jean, in April of 1979.  Charlie has 30 years of experience in the graphic arts and their application, beginning as a freelance illustrator, Art Director, TV and Radio Scriptwriter and talent from 1975 through 1978.  He worked as the Head Writer/Director for the broadcast department (radio and television production) at another agency prior to founding Phoenix. Since that time, he has directed and overseen every service provided by the production department for Print, Broadcast and Electronic Media.  Charlie's skills in copy writing, design and art direction, music scoring and arranging, storyboarding and directing have earned him a reputation as one of Milwaukee's true creative leaders. Charlie has garnered many awards from a number of local, national and international advertising-oriented organizations, including CLIO, BMA, Telly Awards, IABC, CIO and Wisconsin Department of Transportation.  He was part of the crew honored as one of Inc.
