Phoenix began by creating new names and logos, which were then applied to new corporate ID materials and forms.  Next steps included creating a brand value and position based upon service attributes, benefits and the personality of the company gleaned from client interviews and internal research.  Brand definition and presentation were then applied to corporate brochures, direct marketing efforts, and publicity materials.
